The products featured on our website are shipped directly from our manufacturers located in Colombia.
Your order will be delivered by Servientrega or Envía, and we work with Express Shipping within 48 business hours.
Occasionally, typically during peak season, specific dates or holidays (such as Black Friday, Christmas, Epiphany, etc.), it may take more than 6 business days for your order to arrive. All shipping times exclude delays caused by customs clearance.

WHO CAN RECEIVE THE PURCHASE?
Delivery will always be made by the shipping agency to your home address. However, in some cases, such as the recipient being absent, in regions with restricted delivery, and for other reasons, the shipping agency office may leave a notice to pick up the products at the branch closest to the address provided. Products may be received by third parties, such as doormen and family members, provided they sign for the receipt. It is important to note that responsibility for authorized delivery to third parties (as mentioned above) lies with the buyer or the shipping agency itself.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE PURCHASING?
Please be careful when completing the delivery address to ensure it is completed within the established timeframe. Please remember that it cannot be changed after 12 hours of placing the order online, as the product is already being processed for shipping within that timeframe.
Products damaged during transit are the responsibility of the postal services. The buyer must review the delivery address before confirming the purchase. If the product is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient information, it will be the customer's responsibility.
If the delivery attempt by the shipping agency is unsuccessful, the package will remain at the agency for pickup, but will not be returned to the sender abroad until a certain number of days have passed.
If it has been returned to the origin, after confirmation of the forwarding, the delivery period will be counted from the confirmation date, which will be recorded in our order system.
